Dumpster Junkies – Trailer & Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

General Terms: By booking any rental with Dumpster Junkies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all trailer and dumpster rentals, including accessories.

Rental Periods & Pricing:

Dump Trailer (7′ x 12′, 8,000 lbs) $120 for 4 hours, $160 daily, $640 weekly

Utility Trailer (9′ x 14′, 5,000 lbs, with ramps) $50 for 4 hours, $65 daily, $420 weekly

Enclosed V-Nose Cargo Trailer (9′ x 16′, 7,000 lbs) $150 daily, $550 weekly

Utility Equipment + Car Trailer with Ramps (9′ x 23′, 16,000 lbs) $135 daily, $800 weekly

Accessories:

Binders: $5 daily

Chains: $5 daily

Dump Trailer Ramps: $15 daily, $60 weekly

Hitches: $5 daily

Dumpsters:

15.5 Yard: $395 for up to 5 days; $20/day after Includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs)

24.5 Yard: $485 for up to 5 days; $20/day after Includes 2 tons (4,000 lbs)

Weight Limits & Overages: All rentals have listed weight limits.Overages are billed at $80 per ton over the included weight.Customers are responsible for monitoring load weight—scaling may be performed at our discretion.

Trailer Usage Requirements: Renters must use a tow vehicle rated to handle the trailer’s weight. Safe towing practices and proper load securing are the renter’s responsibility.Use ramps carefully on level ground. Overloading, improper balancing, or unsafe transport will void coverage and result in penalties. Accessories (chains, binders, ramps, hitch) must be returned in working condition.

Dumpster Usage & Restrictions: Dumpsters must be placed on flat, accessible surfaces.Customers are liable for any surface damage unless otherwise agreed.

🚫 Prohibited Dumpster Items: Due to safety and disposal regulations, the following items are not allowed: Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, propane tanks) Electronics (TVs, computers, batteries – may be restricted in some areas) Medical waste (syringes, pharmaceuticals) Flammable items (gasoline, motor oil, etc.) Asbestos or asbestos-containing material, Tires and contaminated soil, Refrigerated appliances (refrigerators, freezers, AC units – limited due to refrigerants)

Late Returns & Damages: Late returns are billed at the daily rate. Equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage due to negligence or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges.

Cancellations & No-Shows: We do not charge fees for cancellations or no-shows. Just give us a heads-up if your plans change so we can adjust our schedule.

Responsibility & Liability: Renters assume full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.Dumpster Junkies is not responsible for injuries, towing incidents, property damage, or legal violations resulting from rental use.Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required at the time of pickup or delivery.
